INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTS

arrival date between June 16 – June 19, 2025

June 15th 2025, depart Vancouver International Airport
June 16th, arrive in Madrid Barajas Airport
- Check into accommodation
June 17th – June 19th – pre-tournament training camp
- 3 x training sessions with C.D. Leganés or Atlético Madrid
- 1 x friendly game in Madrid v Spanish academy team
- Tour of the Cívitas Metropolitano or Butarque Stadium
June 20th – June 25th
- Participation in the MADCUP Madrid tournament
  - Minimum 4 games
  - Celebration ceremony at the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium
  - Welcome package
  - Trophies and medals for champions and runners up
June 26th, depart and return to Vancouver International Airport

11 days in 3 or 4 star accommodation, full board
- exceptions: day trips or deviations from the planned itinerary
Transportation by team bus
- airport shuttle, friendly match & all other events
- during the MadCup Tournamnet
MADCUP Madrid Tournament registration and participation
- minimum 4 games
Spanish speaking representative available to the team at all times
Use of hotel’s wellness & fitness facilities and pool
- as available (seasonal / hotel dependent)

3 training sessions with coaches from Atlético Madrid or C.D. Leganés
1 competitive, friendly game v Spanish academy club team
- full organization including registration, opponent, pitch, referees, etc.
